I had a pretty good stay at the hotel. The spacious rooms had everything I needed, but there was a bit of a drainage smell, and the heat made it uncomfortable at times. The staff was extremely polite and friendly, which definitely added to the experience. The location was fantastic as it was close to the Citadel, although the walk back from the old town can be a bit steep. Overall, it offered good value for money, especially with the solid breakfast options they provided.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, although the drainage smell made the atmosphere a bit stifling hot at times.
Service

The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, going above expectations despite a minor issue with broken lamps.
Location

The location was fantastic for visiting the Citadel, but be ready for a stiff climb back to the old town.

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was plentiful and not restricted, allowing me to eat as much as I wanted.

The hotel had decent amenities, but the air conditioning could have been better for such a warm environment.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms with a handy little kitchen. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was central and convenient for my plans, with easy parking. However, I did notice some drainage smell in the bathroom, and the breakfast options could use a bit more variety after a few days of the same offerings.

Rooms

The rooms were exceptionally clean and reasonably comfortable, complete with a small kitchen which was super convenient for cooking my own meals.

The service was awesome! The staff were friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to assist me, even with directions.

The breakfast was a good continental selection but became a bit basic after a few days. It was great value for what it was.

6.4/10

The hotel has a central location, which is great for exploring the area, but it's quite a climb into town. The rooms could use some improvement in cleanliness and comfort, as I found the foldaway bed less than ideal. The staff was friendly, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Overall, it feels like a decent value for money, especially during the busy New Year's Eve period.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms weren't very clean and lacked storage space, which made it inconvenient as I had to leave my clothes in the suitcase. The foldaway bed was just okay, and definitely not the most comfortable option.
Service
6.0
While the staff were friendly, they seemed more focused on handling paperwork than attending to guests during check-in, which was a bit off-putting.
Location
8.0
The central location was a highlight, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated being able to park my car at the hotel and take a nice stroll into the center or along the river.
Dining
7.0
The continental breakfast was good and there was no limitation on how much you could have, which I really liked.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities, but nothing stood out as particularly impressive.

6.8/10

The hotel offers a lot of convenience with a kitchenette in the room, which is a big plus. The location is right on a busy road, so it can get quite noisy, but it’s also close to restaurants and the river. The staff provided friendly service, and while the room was adequate, I wouldn't say it was particularly comfortable. Overall, it's decent value for money, but there are a few trade-offs to consider.

Rooms
6.0
The room had all the essentials including a kitchenette, but it was close to the road and quite noisy. The fold-away bed was adequate but not very comfortable.
Service
8.0
The service was friendly and the staff were very accommodating, even going out of their way to make sure I knew how to access the hotel after hours.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located right on a busy junction, which makes it easy to access various restaurants and is close to the river for sightseeing.
Dining
7.0
The continental breakfast was good, and there were no limits on how much you could eat, although it ended too early and lacked gluten-free options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic, but functional; effective for a short stay.
